Velocity in The Gulch is a mixed-use development that was one of the first investments in “The Gulch” district of Nashville that has become one of the most vibrant areas in the City.
Street level retail provides a selection of popular Nashville dining and entertainment spots and one and two-bedroom residential units are located on the floors above retail with a view of downtown. High end amenities include a pool, fitness room, and roof-top lounge.
