WHAT WE DO
Partnering with churches to create engaging built environments for ministry.
Momentum Group provides churches with an advocate that exclusively represents their interests in navigating the complexities of planning, funding and developing new ministry facilities.
We take an integrated multi-disciplined approach, bringing the right team members that best suit each project. Some of the dozens involved in this highly collaborative process will include the architect, civil engineer, landscape architect, interior designer, acoustical engineer, contractor, security & access controls, audio/visual/lighting group, themed environments, interior and graphic designers, and other engineers and consultants.
Our focus is ministry facilities, however we have decades of extensive experience in large complex developments over $100 million and leverage this expertise to serve the church. This allows church leaders to focus on core ministries with the confidence that they have a partner that is working on their behalf and keeping them involved at only the level that fits their requirements.
BENEFITS
WE WILL NOT take on a project assignment if the benefits of our services do not far outweigh our fee through sound financial and project planning, design cost control, change order mitigation and risk control. And building the wrong space or space you do not need is an incalculable cost.
These are just some of the benefits of using Momentum Group as your church’s development representative:
