Crossview Covenant Church

Located in a thriving family-oriented community just over an hour south of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, Crossview Covenant Church’s growth was being hindered by a lack of children’s ministry space. The student ministry also did not have a dedicated space. Momentum Group worked with the church to develop a new children’s ministry wing that would also house a popular pre-school program that served the community. A children’s auditorium was part of the program with audio/visual systems and performance lighting. Security was enhanced with a new children’s check-in center and access controls. A new Student Center with hangout space and large group room was created within the existing building footprint with an option to expand in the future. 

It was critical that the new space be constructed as soon as possible. Construction was started within 10 months of the first meeting, continuing through the cold Minnesota winter and was completed by the following spring. The children’s ministry program quickly doubled in size, with a positive impact on worship attendance.
