Icon in the Gulch is a 21-story award winning mixed-use development that was one of the first investments in “The Gulch” district of Nashville that has become one of the most vibrant areas in the City.
417 residential condominium units rise above the street level retail component and internal parking deck. Two amenity levels feature high end fitness centers, pools, and lounge areas. Residential units and the main pool deck provide amazing views of Nashville.
